We are now accepting Letters of Intent for the new round of OC Grants. A letter of intent is due on December 31, 2018 and we will be announcing Wave 2 winners in Feb/March.

Can you please clarify the dates? This post states the LOI is required until December 31st, while at https://oc.telecominfraproject.com/opencellular-grant-program/ it states the LOI for Wave 2 is required until October 20, and awardees will be announced alrready in December 2018? Thanks!
